  • You are a "true leader who serves" our teams, our customers, and our organization. You have several years of leadership experience, possibly in a practice-oriented, outcome-oriented environment.
  • You are an expert in agile methods and organizational forms and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire.
  • You have practical and in-depth experience with well‑known frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe/LeSS, Kanban, or OKR.
  • Terms such as psychological safety, responsibility process, experiment culture, situational leadership, and holacracy are familiar to you.
  • You have several years of professional experience in agile teams (e.g., as a PO, Scrum Master or as a member of an agile development team).
  • You have excellent methodological knowledge and practical experience in workshop design, training, team development and moderation.
  • You can put yourself in your counterpart’s shoes and communicate on an equal footing.
  • Your viewpoint encompasses the whole system: you understand what it requires to turn a group of people into a successful team.
  • You are empathetic, committed, and inspire others with your enthusiasm and passion.
  • Your language skills enable you to perform your role in German and English (at least C1 level).

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 66,000 – 80,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.

  • You will work directly with employees, teams, and communities of practice to actively contribute to the development of an agile working environment that focuses on continuous improvement and high performance.
  • You empower and coach teams, communities of practice, and individuals within the company.
  • As an agile organizational designer, you support the identification, implementation, and maintenance of suitable organizational forms.
  • As an agile consultant, you are not afraid to actively support our customers—providing training or offering other services without a large team behind you. You are flexible enough to manage such initiatives independently.
  • You promote self‑management within teams and strengthen independent work, collaboration, and exchange. In doing so, you rely on agile frameworks without being dogmatic.
  • As an agile conductor, you will orchestrate agile values at the organizational level and promote the agile mindset and an agile leadership culture.
  • Together with your Agile Coach colleagues, you will drive the development of the entire company through professional input and the continuous exchange of knowledge and experience.
  • As an agile ambassador, you occasionally speak at events, moderate workshops or accompany change processes.
