Your tasks and responsibilities
- You develop standardized, innovative, and scalable export credit agency (ECA) financing strategies that support regional growth objectives and address evolving customer needs.
- You lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and implementation of complex customer financing solutions, ranging from standard offerings to highly customized financing structures.
- You act as a trusted advisor and key interface between customers, Siemens Healthineers business areas, financial institutions, and export credit agencies, while establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships.
- You assess financial risks, design appropriate mitigation strategies, and collaborate closely with Treasury, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to ensure compliant and effective financing processes.
- You strengthen financing capabilities across the region by delivering training programs, driving strategic financing initiatives, and continuously analyzing market developments and competitive trends.
Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your qualifications and experience
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
- You have extensive experience in customer financing, sales financing, or structured finance within an international environment.
- You have a proven track record of structuring and executing complex cross-border financing projects involving export credit agencies, financial institutions, leasing providers, or multilateral financing organizations.
- You possess deep expertise in financing structures, including deferred payment arrangements, leasing models, receivables sales, risk assessment methodologies, and accounting-related considerations.
- You have successfully collaborated across virtual and international teams and are experienced in managing stakeholders in multinational organizations and diverse cultural environments.
