Sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, you’ll coordinate seamlessly between global HQ, local markets, and internal agency teams to ensure smooth delivery of complex initiatives.

You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee project timelines and budgets, and maintain high quality standards throughout. This position is open to applicants based in Spain, Poland, Italy, France, and other European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital and cross‑channel projects, coordinating timelines, tasks, and workflows across internal teams (Analytics, CRO, SEO, etc.)
  • Ensure project requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are clearly defined and met
  • Maintain high quality standards and proactively escalate risks or issues
  • Facilitate collaboration between global HQ, regional, and local market stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Adapt project workflows and deliverables to local market realities
  • Support multi-market rollouts, translating global initiatives into effective local execution
  • Organise and lead internal and external meetings with clear agendas, follow‑ups, and reporting
  • Provide structured documentation, handovers, and updates to all stakeholders
  • Contribute to performance tracking, reporting, and wrap‑up presentations in collaboration with strategy and analytics teams
  • Maintain streamlined processes and operational clarity across multiple workstreams

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior clients
  • Experience working in multi‑market or matrixed environments
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM, E‑commerce, Loyalty, SEO, or other digital marketing domains is a plus
