Overview

Your opportunity and future as Country Manager @ Dragintra will come after a proven period as a Senior Account Manager. In this position you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the activities of Dragintra DE. You efficiently manage the local team (+/- 4p), develop and implement growth strategies to strengthen the market position of Dragintra DE. Together with the local team, you contribute to the general business objectives. You report on the progress and any market developments directly to the management. Budgeting and cost control also fall under your responsibility. In short, as a Country Manager you are the entrepreneur who strives for success.

You will be a Senior Account Manager @ Dragintra

You are responsible for:

  • Together with your customers, you take care of their mobility policy and you work this out for them: your team manages the fleet, but also manages alternative forms of transport such as e-bikes, public transport and holiday cars.
  • Ensuring a perfect balance between customer and supplier and making appropriate adjustments where necessary.
  • Expertise in operational leasing of, among other things, Total Cost of Ownership, Taxation, Electrification, Mobility, Flex or Cafeteria plan, Mobility budget, Car/EV/Mobility Policy, Tendering, Outsourcing, … you can make the difference and further relieve our customers in this.
  • Carrying out projects & advice on the above topics.
  • Further upselling of projects to customers based on the customer's needs.
  • Strong purchasing conditions that you negotiate for our customers.
  • Excellent fleet management and mobility management is how we deliver value to our customers.
  • Customer support throughout the entire process: Analyzing customer needs – Detecting potential savings and/or process optimizations – Informing, advising, guiding.
  • Customer satisfaction is extremely important to you and you achieve this through efficient management and supervision of the commercial internal service.
  • Continuously detecting, following up, analyzing, discussing, and possibly developing potential opportunities are part of your core tasks.
  • Commercial attitude, you detect opportunities to generate more turnover with potential customers who fit within your business model.
  • Collegial challenge to analyze and optimize processes.
  • Supporting your commercial teams by following market developments and providing answers to more complex mobility-related topics
  • Developing new projects and/or improving current projects and processes. New trends, ideas and developments are also discussed here.

Developing and maintaining a network of suppliers, customers, colleagues, both nationally and internationally

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in an economic or commercial direction or equivalent through experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the operational leasing or fleet management sector.
  • An active position within a commercial department such as Business Development and Account Management.
  • Preferably already gained experience as a junior manager to manage a team.
  • A great analytical ability with which you can easily convey complex matters with a certain fluency and conviction to a diverse audience: Internal teams (Sales, AM, IT, CRO/AP/ORDER, …) – Fleet managers, Human Resources and/or Procurement managers and board members – Suppliers & partners.
  • You have a great affinity with figures, market developments and data analyses.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packages.
  • You speak and write in German and English, other languages are also welcome.
