The Fox is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. You will deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid models, working with children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

We value 2+ years of teaching experience with SEND, QTS/QTLS, and an enhanced DBS. Flexible hours and a supportive team environment help you shape a meaningful tutoring career.

Qualifikationen

SEND Tutor and Teacher role requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online jobs
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

The SEND Tutor and Teacher role and responsibilities:

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Math, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
• Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 - KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
