Zusammenfassung

Nordic Hamburg is seeking an IT Administrator to advance our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, AD DS) and automate IT processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. You will implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and manage deployments through Azure DevOps or GitHub, while ensuring system reliability on land and at sea.

You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and perform 2nd/3rd line support, partnering with external vendors and stakeholders to deliver robust IT

• Several years of experience in IT administration.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Active Directory Domain Services.
• Confident command of at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and with Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Your mission

• Administration and further development of our Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID)
• Automation of IT and application processes using PowerShell, Bash, Python or comparable scripting languages
• Setup and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), including versioning and deployment via Azure DevOps or Git(Hub)
• Operation, monitoring and protection of the IT infrastructure ashore and on board
• Analysis, design and implementation of requirements from the business departments
• Root cause analysis, incident and problem management in 2nd/3rd level support
• Coordination of external service providers and software vendors
• Planning and execution of tests, rollouts and system documentation
• Contribution to IT projects in the infrastructure, cloud and integration environment

Your profile

• Several years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a hybrid Microsoft environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Active Directory Domain Services
• Confident command of at least one scripting or programming language (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) as well as with Azure DevOps or Git(Hub)
• Analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in automating recurring tasks
• Business-level proficiency in German and English

The following experience is advantageous:

• Knowledge of the maritime industry or experience in a shipping/ship management environment
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or Business Central
• Experience working with interfaces (APIs, web services, data integration)
• Experience with RMM, backup or monitoring solutions
