Zusammenfassung

DSJ Global is seeking a Fab & Technology Project Manager to drive industrialisation and readiness for a highly automated 300mm wafer fab. You will coordinate ramp-up plans, implement SOPs and KPI dashboards, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, MES and IT to reach stable high-volume production.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex technical programmes or projects within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting production ramp-ups within highly automated manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial IT, MES and process control environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating management-level reports and presentations.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate and track production ramp-up plans to meet volume, yield and performance goals.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPI frameworks, dashboards and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead stabilisation and continuous improvement for reliable, high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate technical programmes including control room operations, pilot production and transition-to-operations.
• Ensure seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, MES, APC, IT and operations.
• Act as interface between cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare management reporting, status updates and decision materials for leadership.
• Facilitate technical reviews, steering meetings and coordination sessions.

You will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of a software-driven, highly automated semiconductor production environment, supporting the transition from project phase into sustainable volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the industrialisation and operational readiness of an advanced 300mm semiconductor manufacturing facility
• Coordinate and track production ramp-up plans to achieve volume, yield and performance objectives
• Develop and implement standard operating processes, KPI frameworks, reporting dashboards and escalation mechanisms
• Lead stabilisation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to support reliable, high-volume manufacturing
• Coordinate key technical programmes including control room operations, pilot production and transition-to-operations activities
• Ensure seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, MES, APC, IT systems and production operations
• Act as a key interface between cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
• Prepare management reporting, status updates and decision-making materials for senior leadership
• Facilitate technical project reviews, steering meetings and operational coordination sessions

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience managing complex technical programmes or projects within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting production ramp-ups within highly automated manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial IT, MES and process control environments
• Ability to translate technical requirements between engineering, production and IT teamsStructured and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience creating management-level reports and presentations
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
