Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced IT Security Consultant to conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, including cloud environments and Zero Trust, and to develop security concepts, architectures, and action plans.

You will support client proposals from feasibility to the business case, advise mid-sized to large organizations on secure solutions, lead security projects, and communicate complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university/college degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Cybersecurity, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in IT security consulting, security assessments, or client-facing security projects.
• Excellent German and good English language skills (C1), both written and spoken.
• At least one recognized security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GIAC GSEC, CEH, CompTIA CySA+, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, or equivalent; CISM/CISA).
• Advanced or strategic certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, GIAC, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN).
• Practical experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or DevSecOps.
• Initial experience leading security projects or sub-projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and specialist departments.

Aufgaben
