Ardian in Frankfurt seeks a Secondaries & Primaries Intern to be a fully integrated member of deal teams for Private Equity transactions. You will support due diligence, including valuation analysis, prepare financial models and presentations, monitor existing investments, and draft investment committee papers for the funds and companies.

The internship starts July 2027 for 3-6 months and requires outstanding academic performance with professional fluency in German and English and a strong

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding academic qualifications from a leading business school or university.
• Relevant prior internships in related fields (e.g. M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance, Private Equity).
• Very strong analytic capabilities with respect to validating markets and business models.
