Ardian Germany GmbH in Frankfurt invites you to join the Secondaries & Primaries internship team. You will be fully integrated in deal teams for Private Equity Secondary and Primary transactions, supporting due diligence, valuing opportunities, and drafting investment committee papers.
You will independently prepare financial models and presentations, monitor existing investments, and assist in creating presentations for internal and external use. Start date is April 2027 for a 3–6 month period.
