Zusammenfassung

RDT in Berlin, Germany is seeking a Scrum Master (SAFe certified) to join our Centre of Excellence of Advanced Engineering. After onboarding, four days of remote work are generally possible.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices, and help drive continuous improvement across ARTs in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree or vocational training in a relevant field.
• SAFe certification is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in scaled Agile environments.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a German business environment.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and ensure work items are ready for development.
• Coach teams on Agile, SAFe and Lean-Agile principles and practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and built-in quality practices.
• Remove impediments and monitor team progress using Agile metrics.
• Prepare and participate in PI Planning and ensure alignment with ART objectives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support risk management.
• Support System Demos and ensure deliverables are ready for integration.
• Act as a Change Agent, supporting Agile transformation and cultural change.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe roles, practices and events.
• Help teams understand their role and contribution within the ART and wider organization.

We are currently looking for a SCRUM MASTER (SAFe certificate) (f/m/d) for our CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE OF ADVANCED ENGINEERING. This profile will be located in Berlin, Germany

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and ensure work items are ready for development.
• Coach teams on Agile, SAFe and Lean-Agile principles and practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and built-in quality practices.

• Support the Innovation & Planning (IP) Iteration.
• Prepare and participate in PI Planning and ensure alignment with ART objectives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support risk management.
• Support System Demos and ensure deliverables are ready for integration.
• Act as a Change Agent, supporting Agile transformation and cultural change.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe roles, practices and events.
• Help teams understand their role and contribution within the ART and wider organization.
