Job summary

Utimaco GmbH in Aachen sucht einen erfahrenen Scrum Master, der das Team bei der Einführung agiler Praktiken begleitet und die Produktentwicklung maßgeblich unterstützt.

Sie fördern Selbstorganisation, bündeln bereichsübergreifende Kompetenzen und arbeiten eng mit Product Ownern sowie Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Ziele der Produktteams zu erreichen.

Qualifications

• Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Scrum-Prinzipien
• Erfahrung in der Moderation von Meetings auf allen Ebenen der Organisation
• Fähigkeit zur Coaching von Teams und einzelner Teammitglieder
• Starke Organisationsfähigkeiten und termingerechtes Arbeiten
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-Ownern und Scrum Mastern

Responsibilities

• Das Scrum Team bei der Einführung und Anwendung agiler Praktiken anleiten und coachen
• Teamleistung durch gezielte Maßnahmen und Coaching verbessern
• Scrum-Standards, -Theorie und -Praktiken sicherstellen
• Selbstorganisation des Teams fördern und bereichsübergreifende Kompetenzen stärken
• Entscheidungen mit dem Team und Stakeholdern unterstützen
• Blockaden identifizieren und gemeinsam mit Product Ownern Scrum-Hindernisse beseitigen
• Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen Scrum Mastern fördern und kontinuierliche Verbesserung vorantreiben
• Scrum-Ereignisse wie Planning, Daily, Review und Retrospective moderieren und unterstützen

• As our Scrum Master (m/w/d) you will guide and coach the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers
• To elevate team performance, you will foster a high-performing team culture by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing effective coaching techniques tailored to individual and team needs
• You will facilitate a deep understanding of Scrum within the team by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines
• In addition you will empower the Scrum team by coaching them to become self-organized, enhancing cross-functional skill sets and domain knowledge while promoting effective communication
• You will help us drive decision-making by collaborating with the Scrum Team and various stakeholders to influence decisions and support the overarching goals of organizational product teams.
• You will remove roadblocks to actively resolve team impediments in partnership with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters, enhancing the effectiveness of Scrum practices across the organization
• Help us grow our agile community by working alongside other Scrum Masters to share insights and grow within the role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Last but not least, you will facilitate Scrum Events by leading and supporting all scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Dein Profil

• You hold a Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by several years of professional experience to demonstrate your practical knowledge
• You are a natural leader when it comes to facilitating meetings across all levels of the organization, using advanced techniques to create engaging, productive conversations that drive collaboration and results
• You possess an in-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, along with proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to effectively manage team workflows
• You are a master of organization and time management, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, while earning a reputation for delivering precise and accurate analyses
• You thrive in dynamic environments, tackling new challenges with a positive, proactive approach
• You have experience in confidently leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies with precision and expertise, guiding teams toward success
