• Supports the Product Owner and developers to deliver valuable products.
• Shapes our working environment and work processes with ideas and drives the team to get better.
• Challenges the management with the team’s needs to become self‑organized.
• Collaborates and aligns with other Scrum Masters.

There are opportunities to travel and work with them, though the goal is to keep things local and simple. • Certified (e.g., PSM, CSM) ScrumMaster or Agile Coach with proven experience in agile software development.

• Educational background: Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 0 years related work experience, Master’s Level Degree with 3 years related work experience, Bachelor’s Level Degree with 5 years related work experience.
