Job summary

KLA in Dresden is seeking a Scrum Master to coach one or two cross functional software teams within the MACH group. You will foster agile values, support the Product Owner and developers, and help the team deliver valuable software while continuously improving processes.

This role involves collaborating with global colleagues in the USA and China, enabling local delivery, and occasionally traveling. A certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach with a passion for mentoring fits well with KLA’s quality

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
