Jobtailor in Münster is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile processes for a modern banking control platform (agree21Finanzen). You will facilitate Reviews, Retrospectives and Dailies, support project management tooling, and coordinate PI planning.

You will onboard/offboard colleagues and promote agile values while ensuring compliance. Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with SAFe experience and Scrum Master certification, are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Act as central contact for onboarding/offboarding colleagues and answer questions about tools and processes.
• Convey agile values and ensure compliance requirements are met at expert level.

Responsibilities

• You will serve as Scrum Master within the development team for one of the most comprehensive and modern control platforms in the German banking market, supporting the agree21Finanzen solution.
• You organize and facilitate agile meeting formats such as Reviews, Retrospectives and Dailies, promote productive ways of working and remove impediments.
• Using your methodological skills, you support the project management in organizational tasks such as controlling, Planta, Jira, SVN, access rights, and in planning and conducting PI planning sessions.
• You act as the central point of contact for onboarding and offboarding internal and external colleagues and are available to them for all questions about tools and processes.
• You convey agile values and methods and ensure compliance requirements are met (at an expert level).

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship, a degree in economics or business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• A generally strong affinity for IT is expected.
• Experience with regulatory/reporting applications is an advantage, ideally with Atruvia AG applications (EGP, agree21 or bank21/bank21-Finanzen).
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), ideally certified as a Scrum Master.
• Strong collaboration skills, enjoyment of teamwork, an independent working style and a strong customer focus complete your profile.
