We are looking for a

Scientist Primary Cell Modelling (m/f/d)

Your responsibilites:

• Establish maintain and optimize disease-derived organoid cultures and 3D cell models
• Independently run execute and troubleshoot organoid experiments
• Perform and analyze routine assays including microscopy immunostaining FACS qPCR and other molecular biology techniques
• Ensure experiments follow SOPs quality standards and proper scientific documentation
• Support and guide technicians with hands‑on training and technical expertise
• Design experiments analyze data and clearly communicate results to cross‑functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of protocols reproducibility and throughput
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

Our requirements:

• PhD in Cell Biology Stem Cell Biology Developmental Biology Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with organoid culture preferably disease‑derived organoids
• Practical experience with 3D cell culture systems (e.g. Matrigel ECM‑based or hydrogel‑based cultures)
• Experience with primary cell culture and/or stem cellderived models
• Proficiency in routine laboratory techniques such as microscopy immunostaining FACS qPCR and basic molecular assays
• Experience independently running optimizing and troubleshooting experiments
• Familiarity with SOP‑driven or regulated laboratory environments
• Experience providing scientific guidance or support to junior staff or technician
