It researches electronic and optical components, modules and systems based on compound semiconductors. These devices are key enablers that address the needs of today’s society in fields like communications, energy, health, and mobility. It covers the entire value chain from design to ready-for-delivery systems.
Our Joint Lab Quantum Photonic Components is world-leading in developing compact and robust diode laser modules for quantum technology applications, including quantum computers and space-based quantum sensors. For this research, we are looking for a scientific employee (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible in the field of hybrid microintegration and characterization of GaAs diode laser components and modules.
