Zusammenfassung

The Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg invites applications for a Scientific Coordinator. This role supports the Director, coordinates meetings and documents, and facilitates cross-institutional research projects.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking are essential, with excellent English and German communication skills. A PhD in chemistry, biology, or related fields is preferred, along with independence, initiative, and flexibility.

ABOUT US

We, the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research, are one of 85 institutes and research centers of the Max Planck Society (MPG) for the advancement of science. Our focus is on basic medical research. We currently employ around 270 people in science and administration, mainly at our location in Heidelberg. Another location for our institute is currently being established in Heilbronn. We are also part of the Health + Life Science Alliance Heidelberg Mannheim, an association of the region's leading life science research institutions.

Scientific Coordinator (m / f /d)

The Optical Nanoscopy Department (Prof. Stefan W. Hell) at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg is seeking to fill the position of a Scientific Assistant or Coordinator as soon as possible, initially for a fixed term of 2 years.

YOUR TASK
  • Supporting the Director in fulfilment of his duties.
