Job summary

Seabright is partnering with a premier school district to hire a contract School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role is in Wilmington, DE, full-time, 35 hours per week, covering elementary school students.

The assignment runs ASAP through 06/07/2027 with competitive local contract pay. Eligible clinicians will receive a $2,000 completion bonus and referral bonuses up to $1,000, along with generous benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching,

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for School Psychologist:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Psychologist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Psychologist credential/license or in process in state of practice
