GESTA Company for tubular steel scaffolding mbH sucht erfahrene Fachkräfte im Gerüstbau. Sie führen Aufbau, Umbau und Abbau von einfachen bis anspruchsvollen Gerüstkonstruktionen durch und leiten ein Team mehrerer Gerüstbauer.

Sie überwachen Sicherheitsvorschriften, fungieren als Ansprechpartner für das Baustellenmanagement und arbeiten eigenständig. Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich; Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit werden erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Einsatzplanung
• Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich

Aufgaben

• Aufbau, Umbau und Abbau von einfachen bis anspruchsvollen Gerüstkonstruktionen
• Führen eines Teams mehrerer Gerüstbauer (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Erection, conversion and dismantling of simple working and protective scaffolding through to technically sophisticated scaffolding constructions
• Leading a team of several scaffolders (m/f/d)
• Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations
• First point of contact for our site management

Your profile

• Many years of professional experience in scaffolding construction
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Driving licence min. class B
