A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a remote role with occasional travel to Stuttgart. The candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in IT project/program management, specifically with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include managing multi-country rollouts and ensuring compliance with international time and attendance legislation. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus. Full-time position with flexible travel requirements.

START DATE: 5th January (some flexibility)

DURATION: 12 months + extension

SKILLS

Must-have:

• 8–12 years IT project/program management
• Minimum 3–5 years leading SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or SAP HCM Time Management (PTMW/CATS/EC Time) or SAP HR projects
• Proven track record of multi-country rollouts in Europe and ideally APAC / Middle East (phased waves)
• Large‑scale implementation experience (>2,000 employees)
• Strong knowledge of international time & attendance legislation (EU + CH; German ArbZG/EuGH is a plus but not mandatory)
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent; SAP SuccessFactors certification advantageous
• Fluent English (business) – German language optional

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in engineering/construction/plant engineering (semicon, pharma, life sciences)
• Familiarity with German Works Council processes (advantage, not required)
• Integration experience with payroll systems (SAP Payroll, Strada, local providers)

LOCATION: Remote + Travel to Stuttgart when required (for key meetings)

Important to be flexible for travel when it is needed. Although no specific % attached.

WORK PATTERN: Full-time - 5 days per week
