A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding in Frankfurt. You will implement Onboarding modules, lead client workshops, and ensure project delivery. As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and integration of the Onboarding module, particularly in combination with Employee Central and Recruiting. You will guide clients through all project phases, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation.
With your strong consulting expertise, you will conduct client workshops, actively shape processes, and take on a leadership role within projects. Working closely with project management, you will contribute to planning, execution, and quality assurance of project deliverables.
Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities such as presales, effort estimations, and proposal processes. You will build long-term client relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor with deep subject matter expertise.
Independent implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Employee Central and Recruiting
Leading client workshops and managing implementation, ensuring ongoing coordination and communication between clients and project teams
Responsibility for on-time, on-budget delivery with full quality assurance
Close collaboration with project management in preparing project and resource plans, schedules, and cost estimates
Early identification of risks and issues with proactive development of effective solutions
Oversight of test management activities
Active participation in presales activities (e.g., RFP responses, proposal documents, solution design)
Minimum of 4 years’ experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customizing and system configuration
Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, from kick-off to hypercare
Strong sense of ownership for delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Ability to identify risks early and proactively implement targeted mitigation measures
Strong analytical and structured thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation within the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
