A leading SAP consulting firm in Germany seeks a Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role involves leading projects, advising clients on HR IT strategy, and managing project scope and budgets. Candidates should have experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations, strong project leadership skills, and proficiency in both German and English. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will play a key role in advising, designing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions for clients.
Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects end-to-end
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR IT strategy and system design
Take on a leadership role within project teams and guide junior consultants
Support the further growth of the Employee Central practice, including pre-sales and new customer initiatives
Provide ongoing customer support across day-to-day operations, release management, and continuous system optimisation
Proven experience delivering multiple SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations (2+ end-to-end projects or 4+ years of relevant experience)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
Additional SuccessFactors module certifications are an advantage
Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM is beneficial
Strong project leadership and independent working style
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
Team-oriented, resilient, and solution-driven personality
Willingness to travel when required
Very good German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
