A leading international pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to drive multi-site S/4HANA roll-out initiatives.

This role sits at the forefront of a major digital transformation within a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. As the Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Manager, you will lead the coordinated roll-out of S/4HANA across multiple European sites, ensuring consistent standards, strong governance, and seamless integration into existing operations.

You will act as the central point of alignment between local project teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders, driving delivery excellence in a highly regulated GMP environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate S/4HANA roll-out projects across multiple locations
• Support and mentor local project managers
• Guide teams on procedures, roles, and responsibilities
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-site alignment
• Control external resources and vendor relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks; elevate when necessary
• Report to program leadership and the Global Steering Committee

Your Profile

• 10+ years' experience in SAP ERP programs within manufacturing
• Strong cross-module SAP and integration expertise
• Broad IT systems knowledge
• Must have experience in GMP-regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Fluency in German and English
