Our clients are multinational companies, who are at the beginning of their S/4 transformation journey and who are seeking advice. As the spearhead for a functional area, you will define the right transformation strategy, roadmap, and guardrails with our clients. During the template definition, you will ensure value realization and guide our clients. We offer end-to-end delivery to ensure process designs are deployed and benefits are realized.

Job Description

We are looking for an SAP Sales & Distribution professional eager to deliver sales solutions, often linked with S/4 transformation, to our international clients. You will work with clients during the template design phase to capture requirements, lead your team of onshore and offshore consultants, and ensure the design meets client expectations and benefits. Post-design, you will oversee successful delivery and go-live. Some projects may involve international rollout where you act as guardian for the design template.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in SAP S/4 SD implementations as stream lead or solution architect, including full E2E sales process knowledge (pricing, rebate agreements, configurable materials, advanced ATP, logistics, batch determination, condition techniques, quotation management, service management, sales and service contracts).
• Process knowledge about integrations with solutions like SalesForce Marketing, Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of customer experience integrations such as eCommerce, Loyalty, Tax solutions (e.g., Vertex), and Dynamic Pricing (e.g., Vistex).
• Proven track record in process optimization within sales transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and Sales Reporting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of efficient sales operations, customer collaboration, and MDG integration.
• Techno-functional skills for data exchange specifications, Output Management, SAPUI5, and BTP enhancements.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile).
• Experience leading and guiding global, offshore teams.
• Industry process knowledge in manufacturing or consumer goods sectors.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and client discussion skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
