Workist sucht einen SAP SD Entwickler/Consultant in Berlin, der die SAP-Integration mit unserer AI-Plattform vorantreibt. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden, Product & Engineering, von Workshops bis Go-Live, und entwickeln ABAP-Lösungen für S/4HANA/ECC.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP-Entwickler oder -Berater.
• Sie beherrschen ABAP und ABAP Objects, und haben Berichte und vollständige Pakete erstellt.
• Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit API-Technologien wie OData und REST.
• Sie kennen SE80 und fühlen sich dort zuhause.
• Sie haben Erfahrung bzw. starkes Interesse daran, KI zur Lösung geschäftlicher Probleme einzusetzen – AI-first Mindset.
• Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und solides Projektmanagement.
• Sie arbeiten eigenständig, treffen Entscheidungen und entwickeln sich kontinuierlich weiter.
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Python, OData-Service-Entwicklung oder SAP BTP sind von Vorteil.
• Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Muttersprache oder mindestens C1).

Aufgaben

• Sie tragen die SAP-Seite der Workist-Integration und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner im Customer Journey von der technischen Workshop-Phase bis Go-Live.
• Sie entwickeln, warten und passen unsere SAP-Integration für S/4HANA- und ECC-Kunden an.
• Sie führen Implementierungsprojekte beim Kunden durch – von den Anforderungen bis Go-Live.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit Product & Engineering zusammen, um die SAP-Integration an die Produkt-Roadmap anzubinden.
• Sie identifizieren neue Anwendungsfälle, die messbaren Kundennutzen schaffen.

Deine Rolle bei uns

For our Solution Engineering team we're looking for an SAP SD developer/consultant. At Workist, our Solution Engineering team works directly with our customers to connect their ERP (e.g. sAP) systems to our AI platform and get them live as fast as possible. Our customers rely on Workist's AI software to automate core processes in Sales and Procurement. SAP is where the majority of that data lives, thus we need to tightly integrate with SAP. In this role you'll combine product engineering with hands-on project work, and you'll be the person who makes our SAP integration scale.

Deine Aufgaben

You own the SAP side of the Workist integration and are an important part of the customer journey, from the first technical workshop through go-live and beyond. You proactively identify process and product improvements.

• You develop, maintain and customise our SAP integration for S/4HANA and ECC customers
• You run and manage customer implementation projects, from requirements workshops to go-live
• You are the technical counterpart for our customers before and after signature, making sure our software is compatible with their existing SAP landscape and compliant with data protection requirements
• You work closely with our Product & Engineering team to align the SAP integration with our product roadmap
• You analyse and identify new use cases that create measurable value for our customers

Dein Profil

We're looking for you as a professional team player who feels at home in an agile working environment where we share knowledge and push each other to deliver the best possible result.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an SAP developer or consultant
• You are proficient in ABAP and ABAP Objects, and have built both reports and complete packages
• You are confident with API technologies such as OData and REST
• You know what SE80 is and feel at home in it
• You have experience or a strong interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems — an AI-first mindset
• You have excellent communication skills and solid project management skills
• You love developing yourself continuously, working independently and making your own decisions
• First experience with Python, OData service development or SAP BTP is a plus
• You speak fluent German and English (native or at least C1)
