Zusammenfassung

Workist sucht einen SAP SD Entwickler/Berater zur Anbindung unserer SAP-ERP-Landschaft an unsere KI-Plattform. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, begleiten Workshops bis go-live und darüber hinaus.

Sie verfügen über 3 Jahre SAP-Erfahrung, ABAP/ABAP Objects, OData/REST-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Python. Deutsch und Englisch mindestens C1, selbstständiges Arbeiten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Sie bringen Bereitschaft zur Reise mit und arbeiten agil im cross-funktionalen Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP-Entwickler oder -Berater.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP/ABAP Objects.
• Sicherer Umgang mit API-Technologien wie OData und REST.
• Vertraut mit SE80.
• Interesse an der Anwendung von KI zur Lösung geschäftlicher Probleme.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Entscheidungsfreude.
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens C1.

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die SAP-Seite der Workist-Integration und begleitest den Kundenweg von Workshop bis Go-Live.
• Du identifizierst proaktiv Prozess- und Produktverbesserungen.
• Du entwickelst, wartest und passt unsere SAP-Integration für S/4HANA und ECC-Kunden an.
• Du leitest Kundenimplementierungsprojekte von Requirements-Workshops bis Go-Live.
• Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor und nach der Signatur und stellst Kompatibilität mit SAP-Landschaft und Datenschutz sicher.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Product & Engineering zusammen, um die SAP-Integration mit der Roadmap abzustimmen.
• Du identifizierst neue Anwendungsfälle, die messbaren Mehrwert schaffen.

Deine Rolle bei uns

For our Solution Engineering team we're looking for an SAP SD developer/consultant. At Workist, our Solution Engineering team works directly with our customers to connect their ERP (e.g. sAP) systems to our AI platform and get them live as fast as possible. Our customers rely on Workist's AI software to automate core processes in Sales and Procurement. SAP is where the majority of that data lives, thus we need to tightly integrate with SAP. In this role you'll combine product engineering with hands-on project work, and you'll be the person who makes our SAP integration scale.

Deine Aufgaben

• You own the SAP side of the Workist integration and are an important part of the customer journey, from the first technical workshop through go-live and beyond.
• You proactively identify process and product improvements.
• You develop, maintain and customise our SAP integration for S/4HANA and ECC customers.
• You run and manage customer implementation projects, from requirements workshops to go-live.
• You are the technical counterpart for our customers before and after signature, making sure our software is compatible with their existing SAP landscape and compliant with data protection requirements.
• You work closely with our Product & Engineering team to align the SAP integration with our product roadmap.
• You analyse and identify new use cases that create measurable value for our customers.

Dein Profil

• We're looking for you as a professional team player who feels at home in an agile working environment where we share knowledge and push each other to deliver the best possible result.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an SAP developer or consultant.
• You are proficient in ABAP and ABAP Objects, and have built both reports and complete packages.
• You are confident with API technologies such as OData and REST.
• You know what SE80 is and feel at home in it.
• You have experience or a strong interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems — an AI-first mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills and solid project management skills.
• You love developing yourself continuously, working independently and making your own decisions.
• First experience with Python, OData service development or SAP BTP is a plus.
• You speak fluent German and English (native or at least C1).
