Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine/n SAP PM/EAM-Consultant mit Schwerpunkt SAP CS, idealerweise mit S/4HANA-Service-Experience. Ansprechpartnerin ist Münster-Standort. Sie arbeiten an Prozessen, Implementierungen und Optimierungen in SAP PM/EAM/SCS sowie deren Integration mit angrenzenden Modulen.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Projekterfahrung, solide SAP-Kenntnisse und gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse. Die Rolle umfasst Workshop-Moderation, Spezifikationen, Dokumentation und Schulungen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mehrere Jahre Projekterfahrung als SAP PM/EAM-Berater, idealerweise mit SAP CS.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von SAP PM/EAM sowie von Funktionsorten und Ausrüstung.
• Verständnis der SAP-Roadmap für CS; Grundkenntnisse in S/4HANA Service.

Aufgaben

• Beratung, Analyse und Optimierung von SAP PM/EAM- und CS-Prozessen.
• Entwurf und Implementierung von Lösungen in SAP Customizing.
• Integration von PM/CS mit MM, SD, FI/CO und ggf. IS-U/S/4HANA Utilities.
• Unterstützung von Migrationen, Tests, Go-Live und 2nd/3rd-Level-Support.
• Anfertigung von Fach- und technischen Spezifikationen sowie Schulungsmaterialien.
• Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen mit Stakeholdern.
• Optionale Mitwirkung bei Pre-Sales, Aufwandsschätzungen und Vorschlägen.

• Subject-matter and technical consulting in SAP PM/EAM and SAP CS within the scope of implementation, transformation and optimization projects
• Analysis of existing maintenance and service processes and design of target processes
• Design and implementation of solutions in SAP customizing
• Integration of PM/CS processes with adjacent modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO and, if applicable, IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities
• Assessment and further development of existing CS landscapes in S/4HANA compatibility mode as well as designing target architectures based on SAP S/4HANA Service
• Support for the migration from SAP CS to SAP S/4HANA Service
• Support for testing, migration and go-live activities
• Support for ongoing operations through 2nd-/3rd-level support
• Preparation of business and technical specifications, documentation and training materials
• Conducting workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders
• Optional: Participation in presales activities, effort estimates and proposals

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable technical/commercial training
• Several years of project experience as an SAP PM/EAM consultant, ideally supplemented by experience in SAP CS
• Solid know-how in SAP PM/EAM
• Knowledge of functional locations and equipment
• Knowledge of notification and order processing
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, maintenance plans and maintenance orders
• Knowledge of confirmations and reporting
• Ideally knowledge of SAP CS, including service notifications, service orders, service contracts, warranties and billing of service activities
• Understanding of the SAP roadmap for CS
• Initial or in-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA Service and/or transforming CS processes to S/4HANA Service
• Project experience in the S/4HANA environment, e.g., simplifications and Fiori apps for maintenance and service
• Ideally experience in the energy supply / municipal utilities sector
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team orientation
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills preferred
