Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior SAP FICO consultant to lead transformation programs in manufacturing, including greenfield and brownfield deployments. You will own the end-to-end solution vision, guide fit-to-standard workshops, and collaborate with CFOs on business cases.

You will mentor a team of SAP FICO professionals, oversee design, data migration, and integration approaches, and ensure governance, risk management, and timely delivery while staying aligned with SAP roadmaps such as S/4HANA,

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years SAP FICO experience with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
• Led large-scale S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield/brownfield) as FICO lead.
• Strong Manufacturing sector experience in core FICO processes.
• Fluent German and English; willingness to travel.

• Lead due diligence, value proposition, and business case discussions with client finance leadership.

• Build and mentor a team of SAP FICO Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Stay current with SAP roadmap: S/4HANA Finance, RISE with SAP, and BTP.

• Serve as the senior client-facing advisor for SAP Finance transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective/system conversion
• Lead due diligence, value proposition, and business case discussions with client finance leadership
• Own the end-to-end solution vision for large and complex SAP FICO engagements, from finance process assessment through hypercare
• Provide oversight and quality assurance on FICO solution architecture, design, and configuration across engagements
• Guide fit-to-standard workshops and ensure adherence to SAP and industry best practices
• Review and validate high-level and detailed design documents, integration approaches, and data migration strategy for financial master and transactional data
• Ensure delivery governance, including risk management, quality checkpoints, and adherence to timelines and budgets across practice projects
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; support proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of SAP FICO Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Foster a high-performance culture and conduct performance reviews
• Stay current with the SAP roadmap, including S/4HANA Finance innovations, RISE with SAP, and BTP

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead role
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield and/or brownfield) as FICO/R2R lead
• Strong experience working in the Manufacturing sector
• Strong expertise across core FICO processes
• Experience integrating non-finance process areas such as S2P, O2C, and P2F
• Experience in presales, including proposal writing, effort estimation, and solutioning for RFPs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CFOs and/or senior finance leadership
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance preferred
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks
• Business fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel
