AGNTX, a global hygiene and infection-control manufacturer, is seeking a SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant in Hamburg. You will own the FI/CO operations, customising, and live S/4HANA rollout, acting as the finance business's core SAP advisor within a 10-person SAP team.

The role requires German business fluency, hands-on FI/CO knowledge, and a self-directed, high-ownership working style. Hybrid work with 2–3 days on-site is available.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience.
• Genuine generalist coverage: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, CO — including Product Cost Controlling.
• Proven SAP Customising capability — this is a hands-on role, not concept delivery.
• Excellent German at business advisory level — you will work daily with German-speaking finance teams.
• Self-directed, high-ownership working style.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred.
• Inhouse consultant or external consulting background both welcome.

Aufgaben

• Own incident management, change requests, and SAP Customising for the FI/CO domain
• Act as the permanent internal SAP advisor to the finance and accounting business
• Contribute directly to the live global S/4HANA implementation and international rollouts
• Drive process optimisations across FI/CO
• Manage bank integrations, invoice processing, form adaptations, and authorisation concepts
• Coordinate with the external SAP implementation partner on FI/CO workstreams
• Support consolidation projects and future SAP add-on introductions

SAP FI/CO Inhouse Consultant | Hamburg | Permanent | Up to €110,000

A globally operating manufacturer in the hygiene and infection control sector is in the middle of one of the most significant transformations in its 140-year history — a worldwide SAP S/4HANA programme, partly Greenfield, replacing a 35-year-old ERP system. The external implementation partner is in place. What they need now is the permanent internal counterweight: an experienced FI/CO generalist who will own the finance systems domain from the inside, long-term.

This is a rare inhouse role with real scope. You will not be a cog in a consulting project. You will be the finance business's core SAP advisor.

THE ROLE

A 10-person SAP team sits within a 27-person IT organisation. The Finance FI/CO function currently has a gap at senior level — this hire fills it permanently. You will cover the full FI/CO landscape: daily operations, change requests, Customising, process optimisation, and active involvement in the live S/4HANA rollout. Coordination with BearingPoint (the external implementation partner) is part of the brief. Long-term, you will be the internal knowledge anchor for everything FI/CO.

NOT THIS ROLE IF

• You specialise in a single FI/CO area and have limited breadth outside it
• You require a predominantly remote arrangement — 2 days on-site presence in Hamburg is required
• You advise and document but cannot configure yourself

THE DETAILS

Location: Norderstedt, Hamburg — hybrid working, 2 to 3 days on-site per week

Salary: Up to €110,000 total target compensation

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday: 30 days
