In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Erfassung der technischen Anforderungen, die Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und die Schulung von Kunden verantwortlich. Qualifikationen

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und IT-Affinität erforderlich.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP EWM oder TM, sowie in weiteren Modulen wie QM, PP, SD, MM.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Erfassung und Qualifizierung technischer Anforderungen beim Kunden.
• Erstellung von Testfällen und Unterstützung der Tests.
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training / completed (technical) university studies or comparable qualification in a logistics-related field
• Analytical skills and IT affinity
• Very good knowledge of processes and customizing of SAP EWM or SAP TM and in further modules like QM, PP, SD, MM
• Development experience or at least the know-how to read and evaluate codes
• Open for exchange in the team and with the customer
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with agile methods
• Conversationally confident in German and English, other foreign languages would be an advantage
