Wavestone sucht einen SAP DRC-Consultant zur Unterstützung der Implementierung von E-Invoicing und E-Reporting. Der initiale Fokus liegt auf der Konfiguration von Ausland-Mehrwertsteuer-Registrierungen für eine UAE-Umsetzung.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Implementierung der SAP DRC Cloud, die Konfiguration von VAT-Registrierungen, Koordination von Tests und der Deployment-Aktivitäten sowie Troubleshooting und Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Erfahrung in SAP DRC, inkl. Cloud für E-Invoicing und E-Reporting.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP DRC Konfiguration, Tests und Deployment.
• Erfahrung mit SAP DRC-Projekten in den UAE.
• Troubleshooting von Implementierungsproblemen (Konfiguration, Daten, Integrationen).
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten, Beratern und technischen Teams.

Aufgaben

• Implementieren und konfigurieren SAP DRC Cloud für E-Invoicing/ E-Reporting.
• Konfigurieren von ausländischen VAT-Registrierungen in SAP DRC für UAE.
• Koordinieren von SAP DRC-Konfiguration, Tests und Deployment-Aktivitäten.
• Troubleshooting von Implementierungsproblemen (Konfiguration, Daten, Integrationen).
• Zusammenarbeiten mit Stakeholdern, Funktionsberatern und technischen Teams.
• Unterstützen von relevanten Rechnungs-flows (AR/ SAP Ariba) und Integrationsaspekten mit DRC-Ariba.

We are looking for an SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) Consultant to support the implementation of e-invoicing and e-reporting, with an initial focus on configuring foreign VAT registrations for a UAE deployment.

Your tasks

• Implement and configure SAP DRC Cloud capabilities for e-invoicing and e-reporting
• Configure and implement multiple foreign VAT registrations within SAP DRC for the UAE deployment
• Coordinate SAP DRC configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and triage implementation issues involving configuration, data, integrations, and functional process gaps
• Work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues and support deployment
• Support relevant invoice flows, including sending accounts receivable invoices through SAP DRC and receiving accounts payable invoices via SAP Ariba, while addressing DRC–Ariba integration considerations

Must have competences

• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including implementing and configuring SAP DRC Cloud for e-Invoicing and e-Reporting
• Strong understanding of SAP DRC configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Experience with SAP DRC projects in the UAE
• Experience troubleshooting and triaging SAP DRC implementation issues involving configuration, data, integrations, or functional-process gaps
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to drive issue resolution through deployment

Nice to have competences

• Experience sending Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices through SAP DRC and receiving Accounts Payable (AP) invoices via SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of SAP integration between DRC and Ariba
