GULP Information Services GmbH sucht für einen Kunden im Raum Bamberg einen erfahrenen SAP-Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Production & Quality mit Fokus auf Order-to-Cash. Sie arbeiten in einem hybriden Modell, tragen End-to-End-Verantwortung und gestalten SAP SD, MM, PP, FI/CO sowie WM/EWM Integrationen mit.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung des S/4HANA-Umfelds, Optimierung von Lieferplänen, Preisstrukturen und Stammdaten.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im SAP SD-Umfeld
• Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, Fiori und zeitgemäßen Erweiterungskonzepten (Clean Core)
• Fundiertes Know-how in den SD-Kernprozessen sowie Integrationswissen zu MM, PP und FI/CO
• Know-how in Spezialbereichen wie Variantenkonfiguration, Außenwirtschaft, Intrastat, AEB, Chargen-/Bonusabwicklung, Kreditmanagement oder Frachtkostenmanagement
• Begeisterung für Automatisierung, Process Mining, Low-Code und moderne SAP-Technologien

Aufgaben

• End-to-end Betreuung des Order-to-Cash Prozesses inkl. Angebot, Kundenauftrag, Lieferung, Versand und Fakturierung.
• Anpassung & Prozessanalyse: Preisgestaltung, Bedingungen, Rabatte in SAP SD.
• Schnittstellen & Logistik: Optimierung von Lieferterminen, Verfügbarkeitschecks und SAP SD/MM/PP/FI-CO Integration.
• Master Data & Billing: Rechnungen, Gutschriften, Debitorenmanagement & FI/CO-Integration.
• S/4HANA Transformation: Mitgestaltung der Roadmap, Fiori Apps und Core Extensions.
• Compliance & Außenhandel: Abwicklung, Intrastat, AEB, Sanktionen prüfen, Foreign Trade.

The company is currently undergoing a comprehensive IT transformation, systematically upgrading its system landscape to state-of-the-art technologies. For this journey, we are seeking a dedicated SAP Consultant (m/f/d) for the Production & Quality area, focusing on order-to-cash, starting in January 2027. Key details: Start date: January 2027; Contract type: Permanent position (direct placement); Working hours: Full-time (35 hours/week); Location: Bamberg area (attractive hybrid model / remote options); End-to-end responsibility: You will continuously manage and develop the entire order-to-cash process (quotation, customer order, delivery, shipping, invoicing). Customizing & Process Analysis: You analyze sales processes, identify potential improvements, and maintain pricing, terms and conditions, and discount structures in SAP SD customizing. Process Integration & Logistics: You optimize delivery dates and availability checks and ensure the seamless interaction between SAP SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, and inventory management (especially WM/EWM). Billing & Master Data: You are responsible for invoices, credit memos, and debit memos, including FI/CO integration, and further develop customer, material, and terms and conditions master data management. S/4HANA Transformation: You actively contribute to shaping our S/4HANA landscape (driving the roadmap, Fiori apps, and clean core extensions). Compliance & Foreign Trade: You further develop variant configuration, foreign trade processes (preference calculation, transition to ABILIS), Intrastat reporting, and sanctions list screening via AEB. Interfaces & Logistics Processes: Batch management in electronics manufacturing for seamless traceability, bonus processing, support of the Tamoya interface (freight costs), and credit management as an early warning system. Consulting & Innovation: Requirements gathering from specialist departments, support for rollouts at new locations, and leveraging potential for automation, process mining, and low-code development.

• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im SAP SD-Umfeld mit einem tiefen Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesszusammenhänge.

• Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, Fiori und zeitgemäßen Erweiterungskonzepten (Clean Core) ist von großem Vorteil.
