Kyndryl is seeking an Application Consultant to translate business objectives into technology solutions across development, deployment, migration, and modernisation. You will work with architects, developers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver implementations that meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires extensive experience in application development, migration, and architecture, with a focus on Agile methods and enterprise cloud integration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment.

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture, middleware, and data.
• Experience with BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on technology strategy, application modernisation, and the selection and customisation of packaged solutions.
• Provide expertise on compatibility issues such as hardware, operating systems, data conversion processes, and training requirements, offering holistic solutions aligned with budgets.
• Ensure seamless integration and performance optimisation across the customer’s system landscape.

• Experience with a variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems, and networking.
• Strong technical acumen and deep working knowledge of Agile methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• SaaS application implementation experience (Oracle E‑Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
• Experience with application modernisation tools, e.g., CAST.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps processes.
• Experience assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.
