Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst (PP/QM) in Germany to support a major SAP ECC/S/4HANA transformation. You will bridge business stakeholders and the implementation partner, capturing requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of BA experience in SAP projects, strong PP/QM expertise, and familiarity with MM, FICO and SD integrations. Travel may be required for global projects.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to work with SAP PP/QM in large Transformation programmes.

SAP Business Analyst (PP/QM)

Location: Germany
Contract: 12+ Months

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst (PP/QM) to support a major SAP ECC / S/4HANA transformation programme. The successful candidate will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP implementation partner, ensuring requirements are captured, translated into functional specifications, and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across production planning, quality management, procurement, and inventory processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP PP and QM functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder sign-off sessions.
• Work closely with SAP consultants, business users, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support SIT and UAT testing activities, including test script preparation and execution.
• Assist with master data readiness, validation, and migration activities.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support implementation phases including Explore, Realise, and Deploy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management).
• Good understanding of SAP MM and integration with SAP FICO and SD.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and master data processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within SAP implementation programmes.
• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Experience working in global or multi-region projects is advantageous.
