Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced SAP Consultants to shape logistics, production and supply chain solutions for global clients. You will work across SAP S/4HANA modules including PP, QM and MM, designing scalable, end-to-end solutions and advising senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration, and leveraging the latest SAP technologies to drive intelligent, data-driven supply chains for international projects.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years’ experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Experience with the SAP modules PP, QM or MM.
• Consulting background preferred.
• Fluent German and English.

• Design and implement SAP Logistics solutions (S/4HANA, PP, QM, MM) for global supply chains.
• Be a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Own end-to-end project delivery on international engagements, from design to go-live support.
• Mentor and inspire junior consultants through knowledge sharing.
• Stay ahead of SAP innovations to enable data-driven, sustainable supply chains.

Tasks

As aSenior SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping next-generation logistics, production and supply chain solutions for global clients.

• Design the future of logistics:Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge SAP Logistics solutions (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, PP, QM, MM) that transform how global supply chains operate.
• Be a trusted advisor:Work closely with client stakeholders—from logistics managers to C-level executives to understand real business challenges and translate them into smart, scalable SAP solutions.
• Own complex projects end-to-end:Take responsibility for solution architecture, functional design, customization, testing, and go-live support on international projects.
• Mentor and inspire:Guide junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
• Stay ahead of innovation:Work with the latest SAP technologies and innovations, helping clients move toward intelligent, data-driven, and sustainable supply chains.
