Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

As SAP BTP and SAP Security Engineer (f/m/d) at E.ON, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing concepts and guidelines on authorization frameworks for the whole SAP product ecosystem as well as identity management solutions for our internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and compliance requirements as well as jointly work on continuously improving the identity, access and authentication management landscape along with respective operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure authorization frameworks across SAP Cloud ERP and SAP BTP Services, integrating identity and access services with effective role management and UI/UX-aware access design for a seamless user experience
• Collaborate with project and operation teams to ensure requirements and latest SAP technologies are properly considered
• Document, publish and revise procedures, processes, guidelines, and technical implementation instructions
• Testing, validation, and troubleshooting of effectiveness and integration to ensure secure access, compliance, high quality, and optimal end-user experience
• Provide expert support, troubleshooting and trusted advisory to internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP authentication and identity management trends, technologies and best practices

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Extensive expertise as authorization consultant (f/m/d) on latest SAP S/4HANA system and BTP subaccount authentication and logging concepts
• Strong knowledge on SAP technology stack, especially the broad application and service portfolio as well as latest trends for identity and authorization management of SAP
• Intense experience designing and implementing authorization concepts in SAP ecosystem during (greenfield) implementation projects as well as steady-state operations
• Experience with SAP BTP identity and access services, authorization concepts especially for SAP Build Work Zone as central point of access for business users, including required experience on UI/UX design principles and practices
• End-to-end implementation experience from gathering business requirements to audit-proven authorization concepts
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
