A leading software company in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to provide customer support and drive technical projects primarily for MEE/EMEA clients. The ideal candidate should have 2-10 years of SAP NetWeaver administration experience, strong communication skills in German and English, and a relevant degree. Summary:
We are looking for experienced SAP Basis (Senior) Consultant with a passion to provide excellent customer support mainly for our MEE/EMEA customers base and drive projects around technical services and SAP solutions operated by Enterprise Cloud Services.
As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will analyze customer’s business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders.
This includes different technical tasks (hands‑on execution based on tickets and advisory) out of the following areas: technical configuration & integration of SAP software, release upgrades, application lifecycle management as well as day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes.
In addition, you will also work on changing our system setup/configuration guidelines, validating new applications, designing work instructions or drive automation initiatives. You will also focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and creating technical documentation, incl. technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines.
You should have very good analytical and solution‑oriented thinking as well as very good communication, presentation and networking skills. Working effectively in international and virtual teams should be something you are used to do.
