This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week. No relocation is provided for this opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Internal coordination of laboratory samples and scheduling of tests
• Proactive monitoring and communication of timelines and delays in laboratory testing in coordination with laboratory management
• Support of laboratory management in the continuous improvement of testing through the provision of reports and statisticsDistribution and shipment of samples to internal and external laboratories
• Preparation of laboratory reports, certificates, and statistics
• Scanning and tracking of incoming samples via SAP
• Coordination of the timelines of raw material testing in collaboration with the Supply Chain department
• Provision and printing of raw data logbooks for the German laboratory
• Support of procurement processes within the laboratory

Education

• Successfully completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician, chemical‑technical, biological‑technical assistant or administrative assistant.

Work Experience

• Initial professional experience in a comparable position.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in a GMP‑regulated environment is desirable
• Reliability, resilience, and ability to work in a team

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Light‑Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
