Nagarro is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Consultant to transform field sales and retail operations for clients using CG Cloud, across stores and visits. You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver impactful results.

You will lead data modeling, automation, security, and integrations, while mentoring junior consultants and working with agile, distributed, and international teams.

Your Mission

As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Consultant, you will help our clients transform their field sales and retail operations through scalable, industry-focused Salesforce solutions.

You will leverage your Salesforce and Consumer Goods expertise to design and implement solutions across retail execution, store visits, product and assortment management, and sales processes. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will translate business needs into simple, scalable, and impactful Salesforce solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.
• Translate Consumer Goods business requirements into scalable solutions for field sales, retail execution, and store operations.
• Design solutions for store visits, visit planning, surveys, tasks, activities, products, assortments, promotions, and pricing.
• Define Salesforce data models, relationships, automation, security, and sharing requirements.
• Provide functional and technical guidance on Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Design and support integrations with ERP, order management, pricing, inventory, and product information systems.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities while ensuring quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and international teams, identify risks and dependencies, and mentor junior Salesforce consultants.

Qualifications

• Over 9years of overall Salesforce experience with strong hands-on experience in Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Consumer Goods processes, field sales, and retail execution.
• Experience with store visits, visit planning, surveys, tasks, activity management, products, assortments, promotions, and pricing.
• Strong Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations and enterprise data migrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile, distributed, and international environments; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
