As Sales Strategy & Projects Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting our German sales teams on strategy, projects, and day-to-day sales operations. You will be part of AutoScout24’s international Sales Strategy & Operations team, working closely with the German sales leadership and their sales teams as well as with many other departments such as CRM, Analytics, or Go-To-Market.

What you will do:

  • Lead and coordinate the most important sales strategy and operations projects in Germany
  • Analyze sales data (e.g., on sales pipeline, customer data, or sales/salespeople performance), derive recommendations, and support decision-making to improve sales steering and outcomes
  • Create and maintain data insights and sales materials and tools to enable salespeople
  • Design and optimize sales processes and practices and train salespeople accordingly
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across all functions

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical skills and business sense: Advanced in Excel, data analytics (i.e, SQL); experience in Sales, Sales Controlling, or Sales Strategy & Operations is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills: Ability to structure stories and create compelling slides in PowerPoint to convey insights effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and experience in structuring and presenting your results to a senior audience
  • True teamplayer, enjoying challenging the team’s and your own ideas
  • Smart business sense and pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for facts and numbers
  • Proven track record in successfully executing projects
