A leading software company in social care is seeking a Sales Representative for its innovative product, CareMates. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, while building long-term relationships with care providers. Successful candidates should have a commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with around three years of experience in software sales, and be fluent in German with good English skills. The social sector – particularly elderly care – is facing enormous challenges across Europe: demographic change, a shortage of skilled workers, and increasing cost pressure. CareMates is an AI‑powered CRM for care services and one of the newest and most innovative products of the myneva Group.
With CareMates, care providers reduce the administrative effort required to onboard new clients, patients, and residents by up to four hours per admission – freeing up time for what truly matters.
As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) on the CareMates team, you are a key driver of growth. In this full‑cycle sales role, you are responsible for the entire sales process and work closely with the founders and leadership team to establish CareMates sustainably in the DACH market.
Our core team regularly works together at the Munich office. Living nearby is therefore a plus to enable on‑site collaboration. At the same time, the position is 100 % remote within Germany. Travel requirements are approximately 1–2 days every two weeks (e.g., for team days, client meetings, or trade shows). In addition to Munich, our largest offices in Germany are located in Essen and Hamburg, where you are always welcome as well.
