Your mission

The social sector – particularly elderly care – is facing enormous challenges across Europe: demographic change, a shortage of skilled workers, and increasing cost pressure. CareMates is an AI‑powered CRM for care services and one of the newest and most innovative products of the myneva Group.

With CareMates, care providers reduce the administrative effort required to onboard new clients, patients, and residents by up to four hours per admission – freeing up time for what truly matters.

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) on the CareMates team, you are a key driver of growth. In this full‑cycle sales role, you are responsible for the entire sales process and work closely with the founders and leadership team to establish CareMates sustainably in the DACH market.

What you will do:
  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle for CareMates – from initial contact, through discovery and demos, to contract closing and long‑term customer relationships.
  • You actively acquire new care providers as clients and develop them into long‑term partners.
  • You conduct discovery conversations with decision‑makers on an equal footing, understand their processes, and demonstrate how CareMates saves time and resources.
  • You present CareMates in live demos, at industry trade shows, and professional events – together with our three‑person CareMates sales team.
  • You create proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and close deals independently.
  • You continue to support your clients after closing, identify upselling opportunities, and build trust as a “trusted advisor.”
  • You work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams, providing structured market feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market decisions.
  • You use HubSpot to manage your pipeline and continuously improve your sales activities.
Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you bring around 3 years of experience in software sales – experience in the social or care sector is a plus, but not required.
  • You are accustomed to working independently in sales, take ownership, and enjoy building and developing things further.
  • Your goal orientation, perseverance, and reliability form the foundation for sustainable deal closures.
  • You communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively – both internally and externally.
  • You are fluent in German and can communicate confidently in English.

Contact information

Our core team regularly works together at the Munich office. Living nearby is therefore a plus to enable on‑site collaboration. At the same time, the position is 100 % remote within Germany. Travel requirements are approximately 1–2 days every two weeks (e.g., for team days, client meetings, or trade shows). In addition to Munich, our largest offices in Germany are located in Essen and Hamburg, where you are always welcome as well.
