About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative (Senior SDR) to help us optimize and scale our full B2B sales pipeline — from lead generation to deal closure. This role includes strategic outbound communication, pipeline management, cold outreach, and SaaS demo presentations.

You’ll play a key role in shortening the sales cycle, increasing conversion rates, and building efficient outreach systems. If you're fluent in German and English, technically adept, and thrive in B2B sales environments, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize and manage the full sales pipeline in HubSpot: deal stages, workflows, task automation, reporting, and lead tracking.
  • Enhance and execute outbound strategies via email and LinkedIn to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Present SaaS product demos tailored to the needs of different personas and industries.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, target personas (ICPs), and lead qualification processes.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay (beneficial) and LinkedIn messaging platforms to research and engage with leads.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize sales performance, identifying strategies to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction in the pipeline.
Requirements
  • C2-level fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially as a Senior SDR, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM – including sales pipeline setup, automation, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and turning outbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Confident and skilled in presenting SaaS demos, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay (beneficial).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Independent, strategic, and performance‑driven mindset.
