Responsibilities
- Act as a contact person and consultant for our customers
- Independent preparation and execution of customer visits
- Acquisition of contracts for our services with a focus on "hazardous waste" and industrial disposal / industrial services
- Development of needs-based offers as well as processing of tenders
- Independent negotiation of prices within defined guidelines
- Project management including follow-up
- Preparation of evaluations and documents
Qualifications
- Technical, chemical, or commercial training with several years of sales experience
- Ideally, experience in the waste management industry, especially with hazardous waste
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel, primarily in the Berlin-Brandenburg sales area
- Independent work style with entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking
- Technical understanding, organizational skills, and empathy
- Proficiency in common Office programs
- Class B driver’s license
