Our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team plays a critical role in ensuring that customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels remain perfectly aligned. By connecting Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, the S&OP team helps drive reliable delivery performance, optimized production planning, and strategic growth across our Eschwege facility.

In This Role:

As a Sales & Operations Planning Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the planning processes that keep Pacoma’s hydraulic cylinder production running efficiently. You’ll support demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory analysis while collaborating closely with manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams. This internship is ideal for someone analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how integrated planning supports precision manufacturing and customer satisfaction.

So, what will you be doing as an S&OP Intern?
