YOUR MISSION
  • Business development – developing our distribution partnerships in East European countries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pool builders across Eastern Europe through regular visits and great services
  • Promote our products and innovations and guide new customers to local distributors
  • Collaborate closely with distributor teams
  • Collect relevant market data, derive sales actions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Organize customer training sessions, open days or joint sales events
  • Provide comprehensive support for technical, service, and marketing issues
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with leadership team
  • Own all field activities and drive sales performance across the region
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven track record in Sales or Business Development, connected with high technical affinity
  • Experienced in promoting brands to international distributors
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Strong personal confidence and a professional, assured demeanor
  • High resilience
  • Open-minded approach with a strategic yet problem-solving mindset
  • Sensitive and respectful handling of customer and supplier relationships
  • Independent working style with transparent tracking of execution and results
  • English speaking, additional languages relevant for EU would be appreciated
