Zusammenfassung

A leading renewable energy firm is seeking a motivated Market Developer for Spain based in Gescher. The role involves independent market development, acquiring customers in agriculture and industry, and advising on products from inquiry to contract conclusion. Ideal candidates have a degree in industrial engineering or related fields and several years of technical sales experience, ideally in renewable energies. Business fluency in Spanish and very good English are essential, with a willingness to travel between Spain and Germany.

Your mission
  • Independent market development in Spain: identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Acquisition of new customers from agriculture, industry, energy suppliers, or municipalities.
  • Advising interested parties on our products and services—from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract.
  • Establishing and maintaining a local partner and customer network.
  • Working closely with the international sales team and management in Germany.
  • Market and competition analyses and derivation of sales strategies.
Your profile
  • Degree in industrial engineering, agricultural sciences, process engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of renewable energies, plant engineering, or agricultural technology.
  • Strong network and knowledge of regional market and industry characteristics in Spain.
  • High level of initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm for market development.
  • Business fluent Spanish (native language or C2) and very good English; German skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally to Germany.
