Zusammenfassung

Ein führendes Unternehmen der Luftfahrtindustrie sucht einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Dresden. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Entwicklung von Zielkunden sowie den gesamten Verkaufsprozess. Voraussetzungen sind ein Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich und umfangreiche Erfahrung im Verkaufs- und Vertragsmanagement. Ein gutes Verständnis für Luftfahrtstandards sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice sind möglich.

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung im Verkaufs- und Kundenmanagement bevorzugt in der Luftfahrtindustrie.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Luftfahrt-Standards und Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise weitere Sprachen.

Aufgaben

Introduction

Your Responsibilities
  • Identification and development of target customers, sales markets, and sales opportunities under professional guidance.
  • Close collaboration with customers to develop sales opportunities (comprehensive communication and presentation of EFW\'s capabilities).
  • Carrying out individual sales processes to respond to sales opportunities/quotations/contracts in an international environment, to negotiate and finalize them. Manage and ensure internal sales processes as part of an MFT, so that all processes from offer preparation to approval are correctly followed by all parties involved (including business partner checks and sales negotiations).
  • Close collaboration with all relevant departments, mainly within the framework of MFTs, especially Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Programs and Production, Legal and Finance departments, to support the end-to-end sales process (including preparing quotes, contract negotiation, contract processing, approval, and contract execution).
  • Accompanying the sales process as well as maintaining an overview of the contract situation with individual customers throughout the entire contract term.
MUST-HAVES
  • Completed 4-year university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international management, or a comparable field
  • Extensive experience in sales, contract, and customer management, preferably in aircraft manufacturing
Professional Expertise
  • Extensive knowledge in customer and contract management
  • Very good knowledge of aviation-specific standards, experience in aircraft construction
  • Managing and negotiating in both spoken and written German and English, preferably additional languages
  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills
  • Knowledge of contract law
