We are currently seeking a Sales Manager in the Stuttgart area to join our team taking over a key role working with major European customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these strategic accounts driving sales and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the current business with existing allocated customers keeping those products at profitable price levels (LTA VA / VE and Raw material / rate adjustments)
  • Manage the acquisition of new profitable business with existing or new customers meeting booking targets
  • Influence the organization to develop new products based on markets and customers needs
  • Define a middle and long-term strategy for the allocated applications and customers to ensure profitable growth
  • Develop and drive collaborative business plans including sales forecasts and budget planning aligned with customer and company growth goals
  • Have a reliable business plan in Campfire (monthly up-date)
  • Ensure timely execution of contract reviews price adjustments and related processes
  • Stay informed about market trends and drive internal product development
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from Engineering / Technical background
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with customers (Sales or Project Manager) in the automotive industry
  • Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong proactive mindset eager to identify opportunities take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to establish and grow long-term customer relationships while actively seeking new business leads
  • Ability to work well independently or within a global multi-cultural team environment
  • Strong selling marketing and negotiating skills
  • Willingness to frequent travel globally : up to 30% of working hours
