About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Manager to join an international team dedicated to delivering sustainable cargo and load-handling solutions to the maritime and offshore sectors. In this role, you will be a key driver of commercial success, responsible for strategically growing sales turnover within a defined customer base across a full product portfolio.

You will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding technical needs, providing high-quality pre‑sales support, and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and market expansion. This position requires a balance of technical understanding, customer relationship management, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Management
  • Manage and develop dedicated customer accounts to maximize sales turnover across the full product portfolio.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle end‑to‑end, from market intelligence and offer preparation through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Lead comprehensive offer preparation, coordinating input from naval architects, tendering teams, and other internal experts.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements in alignment with internal approval procedures.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Maintain and deepen customer relationships through regular communication and site visits to support loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support internal strategy and new technology development.
Internal Coordination
  • Ensure all sales activity, customer updates, and leads are accurately documented in the CRM system and effectively handed over to order fulfilment teams.
  • Actively drive cross‑selling initiatives and share new opportunities with relevant sales divisions and business units.

  • Solid technical knowledge (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or electronic systems).
  • Proven background in pre‑sales support and solution‑based sales.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
